The main rule is that all orders must be presented to us in writing, and complete with frequency information if applicable.

If you are purchasing with a Purchase Order:

• Have your procurement/purchasing department issue the Purchase Order to
• Tactical Technologies Inc., 500 Pine St, Ste 3A, Holmes Corp Ctr, Holmes, PA 19043.
• Include your shipping and billing addresses on the purchase order.
• Include all equipment operating frequency information if applicable. This information may be sent to Tactical under seperate cover from the Purchase Order.
• Fax your agencies Purchase Order to Tactical Technologies Inc. at 610-522-9430
• Fax or mail the frequency information to Tactical - and reference your purchase order number on the document.

If you are purchasing with authorization to spend non-budgeted, discressionary funds:

• Write or type your purchase authorization on you department's letterhead.
• Have the authorization signed by the person who can spend the money.
• Indicate that this order will be paid for by discressionary funds.
• Include your shipping and billing addresses.
• Include all equipment operating frequency information if applicable.

  This information may be sent to Tactical under separate cover from the order.
